 It began as Percy Caplan Inc. in Montréal, Canada in 1940 and was a very successful Real Estate Advising and Brokerage company throughout the area.

 In 1982, the next generation opened a subsidiary branch in Boston where, for 30 years, it served the needs of Canadian and American investors in both the Massachusetts as well as the Florida markets.

 In 2011, Percy Caplan Inc. moved its headquarters to Boca Raton, Florida and changed its name to Capco RE Advisors Inc. to more accurately reflect its primary focus.  Capco is a licensed broker in Florida.

 Capco offers real estate brokerage, investment opportunities and investor and tenant advising, specializing in commercial and industrial investment properties, as well as single tenant and medical office buildings.
